My dear brothers and sisters, dedicating your lives to singing for Jesus: “…AFTER I HAVE RISEN, I will go ahead of you into Galilee.” (Matt. 26:32)
Jesus said: “…as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of a huge fish, so the Son of Man will be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.” (Matt. 12:40)
So, what did Jesus do for these three days and nights?
“For Christ also suffered…to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive in the Spirit. After being made alive, HE WENT AND MADE PROCLAMATION TO THE IMPRISONED SPIRITS—” (1 Pet. 3:18-19)
As the possessor of the keys of death and hell, Jesus was led to proclaim the gospel to this group…
“I am the Living One; I was dead, and now look, I am alive for ever and ever! And I HOLD THE KEYS OF DEATH AND HELL.” (Rev. 1:18)
Jesus Christ, when we receive Him and believe on Him, we have everlasting life…
“Jesus said…“I AM THE RESURRECTION AND THE LIFE. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die;” (John 11:25)
WE WERE ALL BORN INTO SIN, BUT JESUS FORGIVES US AND MAKES US ONE WITH THE FATHER.
